HG-2 IMPREGNATOR FOR FLAME GRANITE

Water-based, hydrophobic.

Changes the colour of the substrate - wet stone effect.

Does not increase slipperiness.

Intended use and properties :

• Water-based, hydrophobic, substrate colour changing - wet stone effect and non-slippery impregnating preparation based on siloxanes and modified silanes.
• Resistant to alkalis.
• Durable - UV resistant.
• Solvent-free - safe for impregnated substrates, causes a change in colour of the substrate - wet stone effect.
• Has a neutral odour - can also be used indoors.
• Does not deteriorate the properties of the protected material in terms of gas and water vapour diffusion; pores remain open.

Areas of application :

- impregnation of flame granite floors.

For water-repellent, mineral-based, porous flamed granite substrates (durable and strong dew-retention effect - hudrophobisation).

• For indoor and outdoor use on old and new surfaces.
• Decreases the absorbency of the substrate - protects against rainwater and the penetration of harmful, water-dissolved chemical compounds into the structure of the material (improves resistance to the penetration of oil, foodstuffs, juices, coffee).
• Increases the resistance of the impregnated surface to dirt, efflorescence and the development of possible biological contamination.
